3M™ Medical Tape 4576 is a single-coated, white spunlace polyester nonwoven fabric medical tape on a roll, consisting of a white spunlace polyester nonwoven backing coated with a pressure-sensitive extended wear acrylic adhesive. It is designed for longer wear applications up to 21 days on skin, offering flexibility, conformability, biocompatibility for intact skin, and secure adhesion to low surface energy surfaces. The tape is suitable for health care medical devices, EtO sterilization compatible, and provides excellent skin adhesion while being printable and comfortable during wear.

• Material: White spunlace polyester nonwoven backing, 100% polyester, printable. 
• Adhesive: Extended wear acrylate adhesive, ~4 mil thick, pressure-sensitive acrylic designed for skin contact with excellent adhesion and up to 21-day wear time. 
• Liner: 3.5 mil 60 lbs. bleached SCK paper liner with DC silicone release. 
• Properties: Flexible and conformable; biocompatible for use on intact skin; comfortable during wear; secure adhesion to low surface energy surfaces; EtO sterilization compatible; tape caliper ~11 mils; printable. 
• Applications: Extended wear medical and retail applications requiring secure attachment to skin up to 21 days; attaching finished devices to skin; material and/or technology for health care, retail, or medical device construction.
